Do you know an admirable Australian? They might be in your work place, in your church community or at home.
The 2015 Australian of the Year nominations are here and you can nominate a friend, co-worker or family member. They are usually unsung heroes who are often quiet about their achievements and rarely seek recognition. This is also an opportunity to celebrate the amazing achievements of Salvation Army officers, staff and volunteers.
Every year these awards recognise 128 remarkable Australians in four categories across all states and territories. The four nomination categories are: Australian of the Year, Senior Australian of the Year, Young Australian of the Year and Australia’s Local Hero.
