This Christmas, one Salvation Army community has been blessed with a makeover spectacular as part of the TV show Makeover Street Christmas Edition.
Nathan and Karen Moulds live at No. 47 in Macquarie Park, in a community with a sad, destructive past. They are working closely with the people within this community housing estate to try and bring healing, hope, and love.
An all-star team including Jamie Durie, The Block All Stars winners Phil and Amity, Dr Katrina Warren, chef Hayden Quinn, fashion guru Donny Galella and gardener Nigel Ruck came together to spread some Christmas joy.
Over the 5 days of renovating, the team transformed gardens and landscapes, renovated homes, prepared beautiful Christmas meals, and gave fashion makeovers.
The renovation extravaganza ends with a street party for all the residents, including performances from Australia’s Got Talent winners Uncle Jed, Samantha Jade and Justice Crew.
