General thanks Salvation Army volunteers in short video

International Volunteer Day, the United Nations-mandated observance day which “celebrates the power and potential of volunteerism”, takes place annually on 5 December. This year, the world leader of The Salvation Army, General André Cox, has recorded a short video to thank people from all walks of life who freely give their time and expertise to support the international church and charity’s work.
