Salvo Story: From Prison to Freedom from Addiction

Lisa says that the best day of her life was when she got arrested. Having struggled with drug and alcohol addiction since the age of 14, she knew it was time to change but lacked the courage. On the outside, Lisa appeared to be very high functioning, but she felt battered and broken on the inside.

Now, with the wonderful support of The Salvation Army’s Sunrise Centre in Darwin (NT), Lisa is looking forward to a brighter future.
