Uncle Vince's story
Uncle Vince Ross first encountered the Salvos on a reserve in Deniliquin fifty-eight years ago when they built shelters for people living by the river bank. The Salvos gave him an opportunity to develop his musical talents and choose a positive path for his life. He now gives back to his community in Geelong mentoring young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
