VicStory - Latrobe Doorways Building Dedication

There was enormous excitement as a 30 year vision became reality this week. It was the young Lieutenants Kelvin and Winsome Merrett who had a dream of a 'welfare' centre on the same site as the corps buildings to better serve the community. Although the land was purchased at that time, the dream never became reality ... until now. How amazing that Colonels Kelvin and Winsome were now there all these years later for the dedication. Well done to Majors Alan and Denise Milkins and their team for all their work to see this become a reality. Here is a snippet of the dedication ceremony and some words from the Doorways team leader, Myla Bennett.
